Kevin Rouse is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he received a degree in music education. As a bass trombonist, he studied under Matthew Guilford, the bass trombonist for the National Symphony Orchestra.
Rouse is currently the instrumental music director at Lake Oswego High School in Lake Oswego Oregon. Previously, he was the director at Thomas S. Wootton High School from 2014 - 2018, and Northwest High School from 2006 – 2014. His bands and orchestras have received consistent superior ratings at county and state festival. Mr. Rouse’s marching bands, symphonic bands, and orchestras have also received multiple awards in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Rouse has a thriving trombone/baritone studio. He also has adjudicated solo and ensemble festival in several counties around the area.
He enjoys composing and arranging for his own marching band and other schools in the area. He has been composing for small ensembles and marching bands for the past 11 years. His music has won many best music awards for marching band. In 2017, the music he composed for Thomas S. Wootton High School won best music at the group 3A Maryland state competition and at the US Bands National Championship. His music for Northwest High School also won best music at the Maryland state competition in the 2A group.

Mitch Iimori, Oboe
Michinobu "Mitch" Iimori, aka "Mitch the Ultimate Multi-instrumentalist" was born in Kanagawa, Japan. Grew up playing piano, guitar, banjo, oboe and other instruments. He received BM in Oboe Performance and minor in Chinese in 1993. Mitch moved to Oregon in 1997, and continues to be an active performer, teacher in various instruments and musical styles. He has performed with Oregon Symphony, Salem Chamber Orchestra, Third Angle, Friends of Rain Contemporary Music Ensemble, Linfield Chamber Orchestra, Willamette Master Chorus to name a few.
Chuck Bolton, Low Brass
has been a band director in Oregon for 52 years. He started in 1966 at Knappa High School and in 1968 he was hired at Sam Barlow High School. While there he was the director of bands, conducting five different groups for 31 years before retiring in 1999. After retiring from Sam Barlow he taught for five years at Mt. Hood Community College, Warner Pacific College, Damascus Christian Schools and Portland State University.
