Day one

8:30 - Registration & Drop Off. Sometimes drop off can seem hectic, but don’t worry! Staff and volunteers will be there to make sure your child goes to the correct room. Be sure to leave lunch with them!
9:00 - Same Instrument group sectional (all levels of players together)
9:30 - Large Ensemble Sight reading Session
10:30 - Sectionals
11:45 - Lunch
12:15 - Large Ensemble or Sectional
2:00- Social time! Popsicles, games and more.
2:50 - Electives- Jazz, Chamber, World Music or Pep Band.
4:00- End of Day
(At the end of the first day often students can feel overwhelmed since it’s been awhile since they played their instrument in an ensemble setting. This is normal and feel free to let us know so we can have staff accommodate them the next day.)

9:00 - Large Group Ensemble or Sectional
10:30 - Sectional or Large Group Ensemble
11:45 - Lunch
12:15 - Break out Session
1:30 - Sectional
2:00 - Mass group activities
2:50- Electives.
4:00- End of Day
DAY 5
9:00 - Large Group Ensemble
10:30 - Chamber Ensembles and Jazz Bands final rehearsal, World Music class meets.
12:00 - Pizza Time! T-shirts are handed out.
1:00 - Final Dress rehearsal.
2:30- Lobby music featuring chamber ensembles
3:00 - CONCERT TIME!
